Welcome to the website of the Southern Recreational Ice Hockey Cup 2026.
This year will see 36 teams take part in over 220 fixtures, across five divisions, in several ice rinks. With more than 670 players taking part it proves the Cup Competition is going from strength the strength.

The Southern Recreational Cup is recruiting for the 2027 season.
Established in 2023, the SRC continues to grow — with 36 teams across five divisions in 2026, bringing recreational ice hockey from across the southern UK together for competitive, organised games.
For 2027, we’re opening the door to new teams.
Whether you’re established and looking for a new challenge or ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.

Southern Recreational Cup Ice Hockey
Southern Recreational Cup - est. 2023
Initially formed in the 2023/2024 season, with 8 recreational teams. The Southern Recreational Cup sees this year increase to 36 team across 5 Divisions.
Wessex Hawks have completed all 14 games, while Cardiff Demons have one game remaining, away to Bracknell B52’s on 18 September.
Demons need a 2 point win to put them on 24 points, level with Hawks.
Demons currently have +53, compared with Wessex’s +63. Therefore: Demons need to beat B52’s by 10 goals to win Division 3 via tie breaker.
